well actually it depends from airport to airport so if you are leaving from a small airport about 1 hr before departure is good enough

If You have only a small luggage called "carry on board" You go directly to your gate.
Make sure the "carry on" Bag (your "small luggage") Is actually included in your ticket. The most common "unexpected expense" At the airport is by people who "believed" It's included but it really wasn't. Some airlines have it always included (British Airways), while most others nowadays provide a separate ticket with it excluded (usually the cheapest version and therefore most popular one).
To your questions: if you only have hand luggage with you, and you already checked in online and have a boarding pass on your phone or printed out, then arriving at the gate 40 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time is sufficient

Yes you can there's no limit, Make sure you have documents for that as you've been questions for sure bringing 20pcs 😅 Don't look suspicious just provide your receipt for 20 watches and also consider a locked carry on bag. Protect each piece in a watch travel case or roll to prevent wear and tear like something from the Shop. Remember, ALWAYS keep your watches with you, in your carry-on and NEVER in your checked luggage/baggage. Declare it at customs or security check 👍

Nope
Remember: if your flight is delayed, the check in time remains in accordance to the scheduled (original) time, not the estimated (new) time. Don't miss it.
Also, if your plane is delayed, but somehow arrives earlier than expected nonetheless, then it is allowed to depart earlier as well. They don't have to wait until the estimated time is reached. Don't miss it!

If your luggage is "delayed" (that's the correct terminology, as most bags will be found and delivered to you within days, as long as you do your part), i.e. "still not on the right band after it stops and doesn't restart", then go to the
1) lost&found office
2) *correct* airline ground staff (don't bother the plane staff)
3) airport service/info center
4) find a QR code for your airline for delayed luggage to :
*Create a search file*
That search file is just an online file that states the data of your luggage (size, number, colour, route) and your name, address, and contact information. If you do that properly, then from then on ground staff can search for your bag worldwide, find it, deliver it to the right airport, and then ship it to your home.
Keep in mind that you always need to file that *at the airport of your physical arrival by plane* . If somebody tells you it's wrong, please ask for a second worker's opinion, and if they insist then write their office an email. That way you have written proof that they were in the wrong.
If you arrive by plane in Athens, then you file in Athens. It doesn't matter that "you were supposed to land in Thessaloniki but the plane made a detour", if you yourself arrive in Athens, then you file in Athens.
All this is usually much less dramatic than we believe in the heat of the moment. Most cases, your luggage was just a little late to be loaded to the plane, and will take the same route as you but a day/a flight later.
If at any moment you worry that it might not have worked, find service ground staff and politely request that they review your file with you to see if anything is missing.
For any financial compensation, please contact the airline directly, either by phone, per Email, or *if applicable* , by finding their workers at the airport. (Nowadays a lot of airports have sized down on their airline staff on ground, and instead have an outside company do the handling)
(Really, in most cases your "lost luggage" just "missed the bus" and will take the next one to arrive at the same place)

Most check in counters close 40-60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. If you need the counter either to actually check in, or to give up your luggage, then definitely make sure that you do not miss that window (that means, come 2 hours before the departure time). If you already checked in, don't have luggage to give up, and don't need any help, then arriving at the gate 40 minutes before the departure time should be sufficient

anything , either your AADHAR, PAN CARD, VOTER ID, PASSPORT, DRIVING LICENCE (any one of these)
Drivers license is not always sufficient, I don't know about India specifically though. Any official document of Identification, example : national ID, passport, Residency permit
