Hello, regarding CGNAT is it possible to use this Teltonika to host a Fixed IP SIM card for remote access and a unlimited data sim for internet? (can both sims be active?)
Greetings. If your ISP provides static (fixed) public IP for your SIM card, then yes. Unlimited data SIM for the Internet depends on your ISP data plan limits. For both SIMs to be active at the same time, dual modems are required, and we have RUTX12 router with this functionality: teltonika-networks.com/product/rutx12/ Other devices in our lineup have a single modem, so only one SIM can be active at any given moment.
Suppose you want the best check RUTX12 with double LTE modems or RUTX11 with a single LTE modem. And yes, we have plans to release 5G devices in the future. RUTX12 - Dual LTE CAT6 Router | Teltonika Networks (teltonika-networks.com)
Despite the switch settings, my router is unable to switch if the sim 1 network fails, poor signal strength, data limit but it only switch when I set it to automatic & this occurs even if the primary sim network is OK but dependent on the switching time set. Pls help with a detailed explanation on how the router switches due to no service from one sim to the other. Thanks
Greetings. For auto SIM switch to work, you must enable automatic sim switch setting - 01:15. If you are using signal strength to make the switch, make sure that routers antennas are securely attached, and your networks have a reliable signal. If you want more in-depth support, you can post your use case with images on community.teltonika-networks.com/
Hello, can we agregate the 2 sim cards with OpenMPTCProuter (www.openmptcprouter.com/) ? It's actually working with 2 RUT240, a basic switch and a Raspberry Pi.
Sorry for a delayed response. It appears that your question is directed more towards OpenMPTCP, hence it would probably good idea to contact them directly.

What is the best one for livestreaming purposes? Are you going to make 5G ones?
