Hello! Yes, it is possible to configure our devices as either a server or a client and establish peer-to-peer communication. One of the conditions that must be met is that the server needs to have a public static IP to establish a session with the clients. All other steps are provided in this article: wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Wireguard_Peer_To_Peer_Configuration_example
If you are referring to Hotspot functionality, where the users have to authorize themselves with a username and password before accessing the WiFi - our devices have it. You may read more about it here - (wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTX50_Hotspot By default, to log into Teltonika Networks router Access Point, you will be asked to enter the AP password.
Hello I have an RUTX50. Is there a way to monitor a particular LAN port for network activity. I have a mini pc connected to LAN port 3. The network became inactive between the router and the mini PC by which I mean the light went from flashing green to a static yellow, and no data was flowing to or from the router on that LAN port. as the network on the mini PC locked up or froze, or maybe the the mini PC froze. Is it possible to get the router to send an SMS, if this occurs, as it does if the WAN fails and the failover kicks in. Thanks. Mike
Hello, Mike. You can get an SMS message when a port state changes (when this event occurs, not with a specific port) using the "event reporting" function wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTX50_Events_Reporting . As for monitoring ports - You can use "tcpdump" in CLI to see all packets and frames. To monitor a single port, You would need to create a new VLAN, assign it to a port (untag it on a port) and then monitor it using a command, for example VLAN3 - "tcpdump -i eth0.3 any"

Is it possible to do a Lan to Lan configuration over Wireguard? With the Teltonika being the Peer LAN network

Can you prompt the users to sign in in order to access the wifi.
And if possible how??

How can you have VLAN 20 and 30 in the example access the internet?
By adding them to the "Covered networks" and allowing forwarding to the "WAN" zone (internet). th-cam.com/video/BHuI_WJ0QA0/w-d-xo.html
I do not see Port Based Vlan under VLAN, is there a way I could add this feature?
I am using RUT240, updated to latest FW.
Sadly, Port-Based VLAN functionality is not supported by the RUT240. If you need such functionality, we recommend looking into the RUT241.
