But in the end it is worth it. Keep on grinding brother, keep on pushing. Forward your attention to other things, some that can even be productive. Brother , dont think about lust and those things that made you to be stuck in this cycle , think about God and how big his power and love is , i am a teenager and i hate myself sometimes because I fall into the devil's trap. Just do what u think its good to do , please , God is watching
