Yes. I believe Cypher Nine's help will ensure the eradication of the Sith Empire, even as the Sith's legacies remain. It might even be lore all considering the defeat of the Sith Empire in the first place.
Of course, considering the amount of black ink involved in Cipher Nine's operations, there's no guarantee we'll ever know for sure. Perhaps that's how we know Cipher Nine was instrumental in their downfall. The greatest honor for a spy, after all, is to die forgotten, with no one ever knowing how many lives you changed...
I like how many real distinctions there are between storylines for the Agent. Not only do you get a really good series of decisions here, you also have the Dominator's endings. Genuinely one of the best Bioware stories I've played through. It has some of the best post-ending bits, too, with sendoffs for Keeper and Minister. PS killing the Sith and vanishing is the best ending.

Of the class storylines, the Impys were the most interesting whereas the Pubs were the most straightforward. not bad mind you but very much what you expect from the good guys, and I say that as a Trooper Main. But of all the class stories the Agent was probably the best. Most truthful. The worst part of the Sith Empire...are the Sith themselves. The EMpire would be just fine without them. They are the cancer that destroys everything they touch. It's in their nature.
Imperial Agent has THE top storyline in OG SWtOR. Many of the others don't have the replayability because of how different the endings are. Sith Warrior is probably the closest and that is another reason it's also near the top of the list for class story. Jedi Guardian is almost Lawful Stupid in comparison. ... I take that back. Jedi Guardian storyline IS Lawful Stupid. Period.
Same. I always play my Agents as People who start out as big time Empire Patriots, but grow more and more disillusioned with the Empire and how the Sith handle it as the Story progresses. The fact that they brainwashed you simply for DOING YOUR DAMN JOB is a very big Motivator for them joining the Republic in the end.
Does the sniper scene appear for the opreative? Any other agent cutscene where you use your primary weapon? Maybe I should re reroll and make a sniper.

If you kill Kothe art the end of chapter 2, you have the option to hand the codex over to the Sith. You can also give it to the remnant of intelligence in order to disappear.
