STANDALONE SESSION ON CHARTING A COURSE FOR INDIA@100

The next 25 years towards #AmritKaal is going to be a very exciting journey for #India. We are already the 5th largest economy and by 2029, we should be the 3rd largest economy and a USD 40 billion economy by 2047. While we are developing massively, there is also another part of India- the bottom 25% we should look at. This bottom quartile of India are the 112 aspirational districts picked by Hon’ble PM in 2017,” said Ajay Piramal, Chairman, Piramal Enterprises Limited at the standalone session on “Charting a Course for India@100” at the hashtag#CIIBusinessSummit24 held in New Delhi today.
The session provided insights into the role of #industry in driving India's #growth and #development over the next 25 years and explored the key areas that Indian businesses should focus on to ensure #sustainable and #inclusive growth in the long term through transparent and responsible practices.
