very early on he raced a drz400 heavily worked over by Yosh :) Was based off the kick model and ended up being a big bore 450. this was early 00s back when really only yamaha and honda had 450s and suzuki was developing their rmz450 still. You can still find some of those early seasons on youtube. I think back then it was on OLN(outdoor life network) and ESPN2 sometimes. Great to watch doug henry, Jeff Ward and Mickey Diamond mix it up back then.
