I can’t go one day without hearing Dimash sing. His voice has filled an empty spot in my heart ever since my husband of 49 years died. He died right at the start of Covid and when we were in lockdown and I was by myself for the first time in my life. Then one day I clicked on his pic and then I was no longer alone . Dimash began his Classical vocal training at age 5. His formal instrument training at that same time.
He continued to train full time until age 25. He is also trained in contemporary/pop vocals.
He is from a musical family and actually trained vocally under the same vocal coach as his Mom Sveta.
This is several years old, but this is his mother when she was younger.

Igor composed this about a woman he loved, the year Dimash was born (1994). This event was to honor the woman who first sang it and Igor asked Dimash to sing it this time for a new generation. The way he delivers each note gently and full of meaning it is outstanding ❤️🎤 those angelic notes make you feel in heaven 🤦♀️ Great reaction!!! When you listen to Dimash, all the criteria you had about singers, music, vocal technique are reevaluated. Everyone is amazed but few really recognize his unmatched talent, those who react to his songs hardly want to recognize that he is the best singer of all time regardless of genre or personal taste because no one, no one has been able to reach his level of vocal histrionics. It's not over until Dimash leaves the song and re-enters the world. Just watch his face and eyes to know when. So glad you have been captured by his voice! I'm not married, but I think if I were, I would like my husband to sing this song to me on our 10th anniversary! People say he's a robot, but although he is technically perfect enough to be one, he is much to emotionally and expressively beautiful to be anything but an amazing human being! I need to listen to Dimash everyday as well or I go through withdrawals. Dimash always pushes the limit, he is a perfectionist. He has been studying music since the age of 5. I believe he sings in 15 different languages, plays multiple instruments, I believe 9. He is perfection, he doesn't just sing a song he becomes the song. You will constantly be amazed everytime he sings, even when he sings the same songs, at times he will changes them and you hear new expressions of his voice. Welcome to the wonderful world of Dimash. the last phrase that he sang was about 23 seconds on one breath .. well he is 6 feet 3 and 140 pounds with huge lungs that he developed from the time was 5 due to his parents both being singers .. just awesome

The Maestro Igor Krutoy (piano) and Dimash presented the song first on Alla Pugachova's 70th birthday on April 2019. She is a famous singer in Russia. The event took place in the Kremlin in Moscow.
Maestro Krutoy composed this song 28 years ago for Alla Pugacheva. Valerya Gorbacheva wrote the beautiful words. Now Igor and Dimash have refreshed the song and Dimash made it his song, incomparably beautiful. The interpretation is completely different from the original. I melt away every time I hear the song.
* Igor Krutoy, *1954 in Ukraine SSR. He lives and works in Moscow/ Russia. He is singer, a world- famous composer and music titan in Russia (billionaire). His family lives in the US. Krutoy came out of retirement to write songs for Dimash. The maestro and Dimash have been working together from time to time since 2018. They are friends and have a father-son relationship.
Krutoy wrote of what working with Dimash meant to him: “How lucky it is to be doing what you love to do, writing for such a brilliantly feeling singer, evoking deep emotion in the audience and being in demand'.

Dimash went to music school and started singing and learning piano when he was 5 years old. His parents are well known musicians and artists in Kazakhstan as well. His mother is a lyric soprano and his father is a singer and instrumentalist. His younger sister and brother are both skilled musicians and vocalists in their own right. Dimash not only speaks four languages but he has performed songs in 15 languages. His catalog includes music styles from rap to Opera. He is a multi-instrumentalist playing seven different instruments, as well as a songwriter, composer, director with his own production company called the Dimashali Creative Center which his dad heads up.
