Hi! I've tried doing this already several times but my phone just opens normally--it doesn't enter recovery mode. I'm afraid if I power on and off too much my phone might break. Do you have any hunches on why it might not be working?
I'm not sure about this but, is the release period very specifically as soon as the HONOR logo appears? The times I've tried, I released both as soon as I felt the vibration, and the other time I released both long after the honor logo popped up.
