Why is Angelina NOT the most popular artist of our time? She has the most beautiful voice I have ever heard! She is no doubt on par with Whitney, Celine, Christina or even Freddie when it comes to owning a song. And, English is her second language! This young virtuoso deserves way more recognition! She is brilliant!
She needs some great marketing and some great songs and still has so much time to mature her voice even more.
The recognition will come, as long as a person doesn't crave it and chase it. I have a feeling Ms. Jordan would not change her style, or the fan base she sings to and loves, for fame or more recognition. That is one of the things I love about her and also why she will get those things. People beg her to remain authentic and true to herself. If they have paid attention to her music through the years, they would know she wouldn't be any other way!
She is being protected. Thankfully.
She's still young she will get there she needs to do more then covers to get to the top though

Just watched a live performance of Rihanna singing this song. It's not a competition, and especially Angelina herself will not look at it that way, but Angelina is a far better vocalist. Many more techniques in her vocal toolbox and much more power! And in my eyes a more "classy" taste! But I'm afraid that the younger generation will prefer the more sexualized provocative way of performing like Rihanna and some other famous singers! I hope Angelina can do without that and break through! She is beautiful and attractive, but she never will be vulgar! She deserves more fame though!
She will for sure and Im so happy that "they" Angelina and her team chose to stay the course with music she loves and not change to target what teens like in general to attract more of them at the cost of music style and appearance.

I completely agree! This young lady has more class in her approach to the industry than those that rely on a more provocative presence. Even though she is a beautiful young lady, her VOICE is most amazingly, sultry, as well as a tribute to the artists that came before her. She is a true student of music! I have so much respect for Angelina. I only wish to have the pleasure to see her live in concert!

People have brought up Rhianna, whom I've never liked, except her song Stay (for personal and sad reasons), which AJ does marvelously. Anyway, I had to listen to Rhianna sing this, and I didnt realize she has a nice voice, actually, but I still like AJ's tone and version better. But I learned, Rhianna isn't as bad as I thought, at least singing this song.

@@kevingood4644 It has finally occurred to me that Flora is referring to Angelina’s uncle Mike who can be seen in blue on the left as we look at the stage. He is her agent and guards that side of the stage, thus his steadfast glare. There is also another bodyguard on the other side of the stage for her protection, would we didn’t need these precautions, but there are nuts everywhere, even in Norway. God forbid something should happen to this very special young lady.
