No, it doesn't work in re2 remake bc the extended magazine would add the EXACT amount of rounds into the gun even if the matilda is empty. So if you empty your matilda first and then put the extended magazine in the matilda, the matilda would have 12 rounds. So it doesn't work.
I never bothered doing a hardcore run as the game was difficult enough for me in standard mode, but you make it look really easy. Maybe I'll give it a try using these tactics.

Excellent guide, might I suggest next time you play a dark game like this, turning the brightness up for your recording. There are way too many parts where I can't see what you're doing at all with my screens brightness on max. Especially during the Ada section.

I have a feeling that you would love Ultrakill. The gameplay is 10/10, the lore is great and its soundtrack is amazing. It heavily borrows from Greek and Christian mythology, but it also adds its own flavor. In the game you will fight angels, robots, demons, a giant corpse and the souls of the damned. It's still in development, but what hakita has done so far is shaping up to be a masterpiece.
