Also very nice. He invited a dorky fan onto stage with him and Peter Jackson at San Diego Comic-Con in 2011. All because the fan had on a T-shirt saying how much he wanted to meet Steven Spielberg

It came from a short story in Playboy, no? As did some scenes in Lynch's film..coming from Alfred Hitchcock's Mystery Magazine in the 60's, and Wlliam Mortensen's photos.

Alot of Spielberg movies shaped my world-view & I agree wholeheartedly with his sentiment regarding the Past . Films are like a time capsule or a snap shot of a bygone era. And if film is done well then it contains both light & shade. And you make up your own mind on things. And yes going to the movies is like a Communion of sorts where you let your guard down & realise that there are things that separate us but there are things that make us all the same. Love ,Hope & Community spring to mind. Thanks once again for the incredible legacy of Cinema that you have given us.

Spielberg, Lucas, Scorsese, Cameron, Di Palma, and many many others have inspired my own storytelling over the decades. It's still hard for me to believe that I'm about to publish the third in my series, but simultaneously, I don't find it all that surprising. After 30+ years of acting, directing, writing, fight choreography, sound design, videos, voice-over, and PLENTY more... it's all been my contribution to whomever has decided to learn about my work. :)

Plus him talking about not meddling with movies in order to fit with a political agenda is relieving to me. Absolutely loved The Fabelmans. That was his best film in a while. Definitely down to see him tackle a western as his next project! I think he’s going to be executive producing a posthumous project heavily based off of the late Stanley Kubrick’s “Napoleon” next.

This needs to happen: Angelina Jordan in Paris Steven Spielberg
Angelina Jordan is a young singer who has amazed the world with her voice and style. She has performed in many countries and events, but one of her dreams was to sing in Paris, the city of love and art. That dream came true when she was invited by Steven Spielberg, the famous director, to be part of his new movie project. Spielberg was impressed by Angelina's talent and wanted her to sing the main theme song of his film, a romantic comedy set in Paris. Angelina was thrilled and accepted the offer, and soon she found herself in the beautiful French capital, recording the song and exploring the city with Spielberg. They had a great time together, and Angelina felt inspired by the culture and history of Paris. She also learned a lot from Spielberg, who shared his wisdom and experience with her. Angelina said that this was one of the best experiences of her life, and that she was grateful to Spielberg for giving her this opportunity.

I know many short film makers want their 16mm films scanned into QuickTime to get them out there. And it doesn't hurt to be able then to touch up some errors.

People still should have a choice. Not including the special edition of ET on blu ray is just as bad. Lucas erased the original Star Wars and only offered the special edition. Should have done what Steve did with Close Encounters offered all 3 versions. or what Ridley did with 5 versions of Blade Runner.

Well said. 100% agree. The fact that there is no official way to watch the original Star Wars trilogy in high quality (I own the terrible DVD bonus disc made from the laserdiscs that are not even anamorphic - just letterboxed) is a real shame. We should have those versions and the the revised editions.

I think Coppola’s Final Cut of Apocalypse Now easily bests the other two versions for me. I first saw Redux shortly after it came out but seeing the FC a few years ago really made me reconsider favorites.

WB should have given the 2007 cut of Blade Runner a wider theatrical release.

In fact Steven you messed with Duel's sountrack destroying the movie. At least keep the original audio as option

You put out some valuable content. A little off topic maybe, but there’s this woman I got in touch with during the market downsizing which cost me my job. Ms. Norman Davis helped me manage my assets by introducing my to the best trading platform and strategies, I earned a lot of $$$ working with Norman at the comfort of my home. I still keep in touch with the amazing lady

Hi there, I’m commenting from Luxembourg . Interesting to know she connects with people from different parts of the world. Such an ambitious woman. I got in touch with Ms. Davis early this year. As a newbie in the market, I had little knowledge on predicting the stock market, but with Ms. Norman weekly analysis and advise profits are guaranteed! I received three times my initial deposit in a week!!

I have a master in mathematical finance, so it wasn’t so easy to get me convinced to begin an investment without me carrying out proper research on her. I had her broker ID checked and she’s fully verified! So I began with a few bucks, only to get huge returns in a month. I reinvested and now I get long term monthly returns… So glad I don’t rely on pay checks anymore.

This is still a window-shopping market. But there are a lot of intriguing stocks to watch from a variety of sectors. You don’t have to act on every forecast, hence i will suggest you get yourself a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the shares/ETF you focus on. kudos to Norman, great remarks!

Proud of him for saying re-editing movies to fit today's woke agenda and that he regrets re-editing ET taking the guns out.

Spielberg editing ET wasnt part of a "woke agenda". You don't even know what "woke" means or where the phrase came from.. you just use it as a straw man on anything you don't like. Please, grow up.

Congratulations, Time on their 100 anniversary. Love Steven childhood or making a Western movie. He loves watching a lot of TV, and his father was a repairman on the blocks. Love how he takes 100 high school students to interact with other students.❤😊🙏💯✨️🔥😘🫶🙌👏
