- Healthy Thalipeeth ( Thali pittu) made with variety of green leaves including Methi leaves & Sprouts, Moringa leaves( Nugge soppu), subsege, Dhantu, Harive, Palak, curry & coriander which are rich in Nutrient & fibre. Its made with Rice, Ragi, Gram & wheat floor. Very good BP, Diabetic, Cholesterol control also helps in digestion & weight reduction.
