Suprising that attitude dealing with law enforcement and law makers every day, but nothing has been done to educate those people and deterrent the bad behavior. I wonder from some time ago hell ? Why so many accidents in this small island not only too many accidents but horrific accidents which is killing some many people " ofcourse ? So how you can change the bad attitude and the behaviors on the road/ should the road rules now every body must seat the defensive driving give the lesson of driving while the course instructor sitting beside and allowing the class to watch horrific accidents include tragedy people being killed on the accidents and all near miss, because overall that's given the participants the clear vision of future events of disaster, not only cost money but the worst case scenario if someone killed in the accident/ ovoid from happening and preventing from not only wasting money on it, but also lost of life's... another example should add up demerits points in to their license if commit offense. Because that bad attitude and bad behavior brought to nz and Australia, no wonder they killed themselves on the huge country hiways they don't have an experience out of it " ... I'll would wrote to the cabinet especially the minister of road safety to considered immediately the change of driving license laws every testing driver should gain the certificate of defensive driving before issuing the drivers license. This is a serious issue in SAMOA the life become norm in the island, but unfortunately you can view from outside of samoa its no good at all, because I being there 2019 I was too scared to drive I came back on 2023 June flag celebration I was very nervous to drive in this little island, to be honestly/ I was driving our old Toyota truck back in the 70s before I left for nz and I am the international professional truck driver for 44 years coverage 48 states and Canada/ from Manitoba to British Columbia driving on the heavy snow. To down under I did cover the interstate and the outback of Australia and the long haul in nz I am no worries at all/ but in SAMOA I am too scared/because the attitude now in the small island of samoa brings to the road every day/ in overseas as we've all understand now, that's cause the road rage, now road rage in Australia and nz you don't expect the person would walk up to you with hands, the person would walk up to you with something clutch up in his hands the (weapon) both nz and Australia drives a absolutely behaves themselves but what I seeing in SAMOA is disrespectful and misbehavior undisciplined and and lacks of self respect/ that's why only the laws of the land can change that attitude absolutely 💯
