I’m definitely a “ grand millennial” . I’m 31 this year and have always obsessed with Victorian, Baroque, Rococo, French Versailles type of styles since I was a kid. I love vintage floral tea cups and floral wallpapers, iron metal bed frames too. I often call myself “ a young body living in a wrong era” hahah .
I absolutely LOVE hearing that young people are drawn to these eras! I'm much older than you and have been loving old things forever, but i'm so glad that "grand millennials" are out there, too! Thanks for sharing...

Great finds! My favorite find this summer is a vintage Italian heavy brass and glass bar cart at Goodwill. I got it for $29.99. It’s worth a couple thousand. I had wanted one for so long. All the new ones I’ve seen are so light, poorly constructed and much more than $29.99. I ran out of that store with my bar cart like I had just knocked over a bank.💃🏻

Oh this was such fun! I’m always amazed by the size of your thrift stores in America - ours (which we call charity shops, or second hand shops) are mostly teeny tiny! My favourite thing I found was a 1950s silk evening coat in orange and black (orange background with black hand-painted looking roses). It’s so stunning and I can’t wait to wear it!

It is one of the greatest that I have ever heard,it is from the heart,it is from the soul,it is a laugh that can only be made by someone who went through the realization that the laughter could end.
But it continues,unstrivingly,victoriously,magnificently.
I tune in to your channel for the fun finds,but mostly for the laughter that embellishes those moments.
Those palm tree print curtains would come home with me. The other curtains after those were beautiful.

Selena, love, love your new opening of your delicious video👏💕👏💕. Our Goodwills in New Jersey, that are packed with everything, the broken, the trashy, the broken and yes the fabulous treasures. We all know the fabulous items are all sold the minute they are rolled out on the sales floor, my favorite find this year, so far , is a French pot metal statue standing on marble. It is a Cupid holding 2 baskets of flowers, The Universe was certainly working over time for me, on that memorable day!

My nana had a ‘tea caddy’. She used hers to display her chicken salt & pepper shaker collection. She had a very large chicken collection. I have one set of her shakers and one set of life sized chicken/rooster set from the 40’s.

I’ve had a bad cold for over a week and you and that ugly fake plant in that pretty vase. I started laughing so hard it brought on another coughing marathon. I watched another of your videos yesterday and the same thing happened. I’ve been so miserable with this cold and laughing so hard I start coughing is a happy relief to laying around blowing my nose. You always make me laugh with your honesty and the way you deliver yourself. I’m sure he coughing jags I’ve had have helped clear out my chest so thanks lol! Keep up the good work.

I bought a small galvanised steel cabinet for my little patio. It holds napkins, silverware, tablecloths, books etc. I cover it with plastic in rainy weather and a tablecloth in the summer.. My kitchen is upstairs and it saves me a few trips!!

My favorite find was a beautiful handmade Choctaw Tribe Swamp Cane Shopping Basket. Picked up for $8 and flipped it for $200!!! Also loved that it went back to Mississippi where it was originally from and it was purchased by someone who knew the artist….. (there was a tag attached with the artist name and location)

Omg. One of my most exciting thrifted finds was at a village flea market where I live in Germany. I found a whole box of used gem stones. I wish I could post a photo here. I felt like Pirates of the Caribbean finding a box of treasure. 🗃️😂 You can just imagine how they gleamed and sparkled after I washed them. I have hundreds.. You never know what you are going to find out treasure hunting.
This week there was a 2 day second hand clothes fashion sale in the town library to raise funds for children. I found a lady selling designer shoes from Italy, Spain, Germany, hardly worn for 1 euro each🎉 😲 I am Italian and adore Italian leather shoes. And from Spain. This suitcase was piled with shoes on sale, and they were my size. Omg. I was in shoe heaven. My partner had to carry out a huge bag under his arm. 😂 I scored a beautiful collection of shoes, boots, some for my mum and friends. So many wonderful finds this summer thrifting, too many to mention. Love all you beautiful treasures. Enjoy them all. Love from Germany 💜🤗

Great finds! I found lots of goodies this summer out at garage sales. One of favorites is my mantel lusters 😍. An a beautiful Italian bench. I just need to find some pretty fabric to recover the seat.
