Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is where the inspiration was taken for Avatar and Avatar 2 Way of the Water.
Where is it and why is it so inspiring. In this video you will find out. You will also find out how many days you need to visit the park. People say you need 4 days.
Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is 1 hour drive away for Zhangjiajie City, in the Hunnan Province. It is a UNESCO World Heritage site and is China's first National Forest Park.
If you skip the elevator ride you can do the cable car ride, Tianzi Mountain area, Yuangjiaji Scenic area and a long walk down to Golden Whip stream.
