About the bit of Unbound and the update you mentioned, aside from the M3 nostalgia I think a lot of people really like the new mode. It kinda reminds me of that one NFSMW 2005 cut event where you had to grab the most money and it was all scattered around the map
The reason why the game looks good is because it has no day and night cycle so they had properly had more time making stuff like cars, cutscenes and lighting so detailed, because they did not have to worry about how the car models would look in daytime for example, i'm also dispointed how they handled cops in this game, outside mission objectives they never put much effort to keep up with the player propebly realistic interms of safety law but not fun as its predecessors in franchise where they put much more of a fight.
Well no, it’s because with a static time of day you can bake a lot more of your lighting into the environment and have it be non-dynamic, which is far cheaper to render and hence is able to look a lot better without the same performance strain as such lighting would be if it was used in a dynamic day night cycle.

@@TurboAlice from my experience, the devs that handle major gameplay systems like the driving physics or cop AI leave development of a game once it enters the beta phase. That's why I think if they had another year, the main team wouldn't have gotten pulled from development and they could've improved the physics significantly.
I think its time to fuse all NFS games together. or in many parts ( together in story)...for example...Eddy becomes the helper like in NFS Carbon. Trying to get the bad guy and ask Sgt. The cringe cutscenes are what gives the NFS games their charm so I dont get why people hate these cutscenes so much compared to any other NFS. At least they went all out with FMV! Shame they never did it again because people bitched so much.
Nope. The handling physics are still really bad. Saying "Skill Issue" is only valid when the handling physics are well designed around the map and cars are enjoyable to drive instead of being a mess. That's very far to be the case with NFS 2015. Mastering poorly made driving physics from the basis is a complete waste of time.
Yes that is in fact true. If they can understand why race driver grid has such hard handling they can understand it in nfs 2015 too so why not do it? Stupid community.

@@OdiolaCumbia-i6h no, the map design is awful. With all the corners sticking out, barriers that were being placed in the worst part of the road, and some roads are not enjoyable to drive at all.
@OdiolaCumbia-i6h I guess, it's not doing anything for me though. Probably because I'm already disappointed that I can't explore the downtown LA, even though they keep using the skyscrapers for the promotional screenshots.
I suppose I'll be the one coming through with an actually controversial opinion about this game - and that being the fact that it's mostly fine. For years I used to hate this game, after all the footage I've seen of it where some very weird issues show up, including crazy stuff such as inputting one direction and the car goes the other way, or the very magnetic walls. However, I have to say that, for some reason, I never experienced those issues myself. Even the much dreaded handling, well, I never had much issue with it, although it does make the cars kinda unresponsive at higher speeds, which results in a higher chance to crash, obviously. But that being said, especially compared to Payback, I think this game was all around simply *better*. The handling felt way worse and almost on rails in Payback from my POV (can't relate to the people who say it was somehow better, at all), the upgrading system was never fixed despite Ghost's efforts, so you have to constantly wait out for refreshes to get the upgrades you actually want (and you can never upgrade straight to the maximum anyway, you have to go through intermediary, weaker upgrades first), the off-road racing was utterly abysmal and the handling absolutely cannot handle it, the cops are all scripted (decent, I might say, but the pursuits being entirely scripted throws all the right things about cops out the window), it tried to have a story but the villain was weak and none of the friendly characters are likeable or well written, apart from maybe Marcus who is interesting and mysterious enough (rather than a weak story with equally weak characters, I'd actually rather have a game without one, like 2015 was), graphics were inferior and too cartoony especially after 2015's photorealism, it was the first game with a rather poor music selection (which then Heat and especially Unbound only amplified), and the world felt incredibly flat. By comparison, I think 2015's greatest sins were really just: The online-only functionality (seriously, how was this never patched out?), the prologue being mandatory in that mode as well, cops being too weak even on the highest heat level, servers always shutting down after playing for a while, so you have to switch to a different server even in offline mode if you game for long enough, the handling being a bit too unresponsive when going very fast, restarting events not actually restarting anything, they just throw you out in front of the race for you to re-engage it, and the crazy bugs that some people have experienced, which, for some reason, I haven't, and I played unmodded as well, I don't mod the new games. So as controversial as it may be, I would actually say 2015 was one of the better games we got from Ghost, despite some notable shortcomings, and one of the last games, so far at least, without a dumb health bar for "difficulty", yet beneath the hood there's actually a pretty okay game to be found, along with Rivals which suffered from technical issues but was otherwise a good game, and Heat, which was the closest to the game we wanted had it not been for it being so short thanks to EA axing Ghost's post-launch plans, and having zero post-story content. If there are features from the old games that we absolutely need to come back, Challenge Series is definitely one of them. None of the post-Black Box game have much replayability, and the less said about post-story content, the better...

I really fear the day when EA close the servers of that game
We definitely haven't heard of anything called an ahem OFFLINE PATCH!!!!!
Need for speed uncontrollable. Perfect name for this trash game
Tbh? Skill issue, and I actually hate to say that.
@@fixthat3269"skill issue" only works if the game at the very least actually has a competent handling model. It's a waste of time to "master" this trash, why bother?
@@TurboAlice Why bother spending time playing games altogether. It won't bring you food on the table.
@yowhatsup9909 Because I wanted to have a little bit of fun? I find more enjoyment playing those brainrot games than this absolute trash game.
This game is mad overhated handling ain’t even as bad as people say (just don’t do prestige mode 💀)
You're right, it's way more terrible
The cringe cutscenes are what gives the NFS games their charm so I dont get why people hate these cutscenes so much compared to any other NFS. At least they went all out with FMV! Shame they never did it again because people bitched so much.
Btw real painful watching kuru do these drift events and he just speeds through like hes racing. Its a infinite loop for you to drift on lol
At least the game has great graphics 👍
Yeah okay.😔
terrible handling
oh no
balls
This game is and will always be a mess, no amount of fixes will do good to this clusterfuck
Sounds like a you problem. You definitely won't admit it cuz you're more egotistical than ksi and his bald ass.
god the car list in this game, along w the other issues are ass
handling isn't bad it's an issue of skill
@MobDKGr Just get tf outta here no one asked for your "opinion".
Yes that is in fact true. If they can understand why race driver grid has such hard handling they can understand it in nfs 2015 too so why not do it? Stupid community.
@@RonaldMcVale
No. I do what i want anywhere i want.
I don't receive orders from anyone and I didn't speak to you to begin with so mind your own business.
@MobDKGr So you will spread your stupidity anywhere you want? Dude you can't let a disability happen on purpose it's supposed to happen by accident.
Only Brazilians consider this game a masterpiece. Think of a game they overestimate.
I'm from Brazil and I never ever seen anyone glorify NFS 2015. only older classic racing games like NFSU2 and Midnight Club 3. That's it. Most people over here don't care for racing games since it's lost popularity after the 2000s.
For those you all 2015 Hater or Lover. Need to remind you that This Game Is The Last NFS Game That Featured *TOYOTA*
So?
Unfortunately that it is also in the worst Need for Speed ever made.
@@TurboAlice You're just ragebaiting cuz there's no way you're this stupid.
@@ptrcrispyI'm just point that out. I Miss the time where Toyota is not being such a dick
Cool, I don’t care. I’ll gladly trade a brand for more the more bearable handling we got in the next two games.
At least this game has better soundtrack than Most Wanted 2005 and unbound
Only thing this game is actually good at.
@@TurboAlice Don't forget the map
@@OdiolaCumbia-i6h no, the map design is awful. With all the corners sticking out, barriers that were being placed in the worst part of the road, and some roads are not enjoyable to drive at all.
@@TurboAlice But at least has some Beautiful places to see with your favourite car, this Game has mountains and towns to explore
@OdiolaCumbia-i6h I guess, it's not doing anything for me though. Probably because I'm already disappointed that I can't explore the downtown LA, even though they keep using the skyscrapers for the promotional screenshots.
Skill issue😭😭😭😭😭😭😭🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

dude you dont have 2 hours to go do groceries, what the fuck you're a streamer 🤣🤣
2 hour drive back and forth vs 10 mins on your phone
@@3xtan327Plus you can do that and just get your groceries at the door later when you’re done streaming
