So awesome watching a husband and wife performing together! Moves me like watching Chris Stapleton and his wife performing starting over on the CMA awards show.

I don't know what camera you used, but it did a pretty damn good job capturing the bass sound. And Mo is above all 🙂

I use and old Samsung S9...but plug in a Movo VXR10PRO microphone. Thanks for the comment. I do the best I can so people can enjoy Mo's talent.

Great Great Grandma was a native
A Cherokee that never walked the trail
And I know that it’s naive to believe
She lived some Pocahontas fairy tale
When her parents and her sisters
Turned heel and walked out west
I can almost see her crying on that blue-eyed cowboy’s chest
Maybe that’s why younger me would sit and watch old westerns
And never know who I'd like to win
    When I brush my teeth
    I look in the mirror
    and see both of them
    Made me not wanna play
    Whenever my friends would ask
    Which side you gonna take?
    Cowboys or Indians
    Cowboys or Indians
My brother always took the cap gun
and left me rubber arrows every time
And I guess that from the outside it made sense
My skin was tan and his was pasty white
But if you look through human eyes, two sides are all you’ll get
But it covers up the bigger war between the spirit and the flesh
Maybe that’s why younger me would sit and watch old westerns
And never know who I'd like to win
And the more that I would see
There was something I don’t wanna be about both of them
Still don’t know what to say whenever I ask myself
    Cowboys or Indians
And now my daughter’s asking questions
Daddy, why’re sisters eyes not brown like mine
And that feels as hard to answer as "Daddy, why did Jesus have to die?"
And just like younger me, she likes to watch old westerns
And asks me if the good guy’s gonna win
So I just point to Calvary where the body that was broken broke for both of them
Oh yeah that veil was torn
    Girl he won that war
    Made us so much more
    Than Cowboys or Indians
    Cowboys or Indians
Great Great Grandma was a native
A Cherokee that never walked the trail
