I have autism and selective mutism and seem to think if I don’t have friends now, I will never be able to make any friends and i will be stuck like this forever. but your videos give me SO much more confidence and teach me not to be scared of putting myself out there. it is such a joy to watch how well you interact with others

So if you take the first step, most people would probably be grateful that you broke the barrier! If you know someone from a mutual friend or have a nice neighbour, just talk to them, invite them over for coffee. It'll be good :)

This really made me appreciate the little things in life and oddly made me nostalgic of how simple things had been for the older generation, (I think farms do that for me) eating from your own garden, singing with your friends, swimming in the river with your elders and puppies, playing in nature.
