Hi Thati I just thought I should share this with you my therapist ones said to me yes, we grief and cry but we should hold on to the happy and good memories that we ones shared with the loved ones we lost. I remember every time I used to talk about my late dad, I would cry but as time goes the pain got easier and things started getting better that every time I cry or want to be sad then I remember the good and happy memories thinking wow my dad is looking down from heaven and he is very proud of me.
