This was so POWERFUL! What you did with the parallels was incredible! Now, I'm not a big fan of Daryl, but in my opinion this is THE BEST video you've done so far, I hope you'll keep doing more videos with this style!
I feel as if people judge Daryl too harshly. He saw his friends get murder and he was tortured for Christ sakes. Do you honestly think he would be in the right mindset after that? GOOD VID BTW
What many people don't realize is that even though it has been about 3 years our time since we have seen Daryl become more withdrawn and less in control of his outbursts, it has only been about 3 months on the show from the time Beth dies to the end of All Out War. He suffered through Beth's death, betrayal by Dwight who he tried to help and who stole his most prized possessions, then Dwight tried to murder Daryl and kills Denise, he ends up shooting Daryl and along with Neagan tortures him all in a very short period of time. He did not have enough time to process one painful event before another was upon him.Considering Daryl has lived a life of abuse and neglect (his alcoholic mother burned herself alive smoking in bed while drunk and his father brutalized and neglected him. For crying out loud, as a child, Daryl was lost in the woods for 9 days and no-one even knew or cared that he was missing.) Yet, so many are wishing Daryl was dead because his behavior has not been as controlled as it should. So many people lack empathy or any understanding of character motivation.
@@braemtes23Daryl's bike was kind of a reminder for him and gave him hope seen as Aaron gave him it while he was grieving so for Dwight to take it I think impacted him more than we might think
