- Have you ever wanted to go to a Hindu monastery and temple?
I hadn't, and to be frank, it wasn't at the top of my to do list for Hawaii. But now and then things come together. I recalled two years ago, Nicole Shaw telling me of a special place on Kauai of a temple and monastery situated on beautiful grounds, and that you could just sit, meditate and absorb it all. I had no idea that this place would be only a mile and a half from our Airbnb when I made our reservations for this trip, so when our host also spoke of all the things Nicole told me, I knew we had to visit and our new friend, Marina, the Italian chef, also experienced it with us too!
Such a beautiful temple, I believe in my sanatan dharm 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Hinduism is the only religion (In fact
culture) which is not book-based religion, books come into existence by 5000
years ago through meditation (vedas). Hindus
main aim is enlightenment, Liberation, freedom from birth and death. God is
secondary to them, In the Gita, God guides him (Arjuna) to enlightenment and
righteousness (Dharma) not to stick to him. Hindus are seekers, not believers (
like other religions). Hindus follow karma yoga (good actions). Meditation,
Yoga, self-knowledge (who am I), penance, watching breath are primary to them
and book/s are secondary to them. Other religions concept is one god exists but
Hindus concept is the only god exists in everything and everywhere nothing
else. Hindus say body and mind do not belong to you one day you have to leave
them. Only your real self is yours find out that you ll be enlightened. There are many ways to reach god.

Oh My God, I can't believe that there is such a lovely and aesthetically designed as well as nicely located Hindu (Sanatani) Temple in Hawaii. Watching this video gave me such an incredible & divine feeling, I felt like renouncing my worldly life to become a monk at this place. Ohm Namah Shivah. 🙏🙏🙏

Its temple how come the Organization allows the people entering temple by footwears???
This video is around the outside gardens, not in the temple. There is no photography (or shoes) inside the temple.
@@aloha.k even outside there are God statues... If there is real divine people will not reach the statues with foot wears
