    Its my routine to make oat and baisan chapati in breakfast sometime also add 2 spoons maize floor as wel. Its too tasty and satisfying. Shikha gi, you are great

    All good but plz advice people to use pink himalyan salt. Three whites. Sugar salt n maida should remove from kitchen n of course all refind oils should avoid also. These four things are very dangerous for our health. Thanks

    Will normal oats work instead of instant oats? The oats that we get in the local market for consumption needs to be boiled for 3-4 minutes.

      Protein supplements can be used even if u don't workout. If u get tym to eat a meal then take a balanced meal if u don't have tym to eat a particular meal then take something snack item and 1 scoop of protein
