It was so nice of you not to disturb the little friends under the rock. Might only found a few things but it was still a great day for you. Nice video Charlie 😊
It is the question of the target's identity that keeps this hobby exciting. No matter what information the detector gives you, unti the target comes out of the ground, yu ever really know. Great technique; great success! - SB
At 2:40 it appears that a coin was left in the pile of dirt right next to the reddish brown leaf. Something has a round curve. I spotted it on my 50" TV. That part of the pile wasn't checked before going into the hole.
Nice, same here in the jungle growth of Okinawa, I even bring in a rake sometimes, just to clear everything thing out in a high possibility area and have a totally clean area around stone wall areas Keep it up
Wow, that is great Charlie. Another coin, and this year, I found my first Massachusetts large cent as well and they are a pretty coin. That’s great congratulations. Hard work pays off 👍
Thank you Charlie for the adventure and seeing the amazing State coin ! That's one thing that I don't have in my old coin collection is any old State coins ! I imagine it's because they are so rare to find !
Congratulations mate on that penny. Dug condition $200. I have seen mint state sell for $64k. There are 2 varieties No period and one with period. Small mark on the right side of the Obverse side of the coin, bottom right by the grippingarrows... PCGS has some great examples.
Coin is in great condition and was lost practically new and didn't see much circulation. It also wasn't exposed to harsh chemicals and fertilizers like coins found in old farmfields.
Great hunt. I thought I was the only one that cut critters slack. People have made fun of me but at the end of the day I know. If that makes any sense.
That salamander was so still, I thought it was a rubber toy😮! Hey, from Kansas! I'm a new subscriber! My husband and I just started today but the ground is so dry here, I broke our shovel 😭. Anyway, good find with that coin! 👍 And thanks for being so kind to the critters. 🪱🦎 Your sweet act is what got me here! Keep it up!
Charlie, its good that you didn't touch the large salamander with yellow spots, they are poisonous.. , i know, i found out the hard way... Never touch them with your bare hands... Ok...

Love the yellow spotted salamander! The first time I found one when digging a new garden bed, it was so still, I thought it was a child's toy!
Charlie, that Mass copper is the coolest coin I've seen anyone recover on Utube this year!! Details are incredible! Congrats! I like it!!! Rk.
Your rational thinking worked very well! Congratulations! 👍👍👍👍👍
You are a good man to respect the wildlife that way. It's a good lesson for all of us diggers.

Never let your machine fool you. I had two different signals once. Steel and bing. Two inches below a axe head was a Connecticut copper

That chunk of iron could have been part of a cannon?
6500 years from now, new tech will still find this site, and archeologists will puzzle over a building with no nails or iron.😮
Cool finds and adventure! New supporter 🤘🏻
Was that one a little snake under the rock ? Do you know what kind of snake it was ?
What happened to Massachusetts in1887? David erwin

What kind of shovel is that?
Does it make the artifacts in ground change to couns by hovering over it for 40 seconds grunting and beeping the machine ????

Yikes!!! I thought that was a skull being unearthed at the beginning!😳
If you don't have a jar ,put it under the biggest rock you can flip.
Would love to know value estimates on those two coins. Guessing the mass copper one is more valuable?
Good man
The hills have eyes...Even under the rocks.🤓
The Mass copper was good, but the spotted salamander was the “find of the day!”
What u put in ur pocket.... Near the end...?
