OK people. Let’s use some common sense here. So the first two games Dallas played and they were actually trying to win the games. They only gave up about 80 yards rushing per game on average. Then they played the Cardinals and decided to take the day off. And gave up over 200 yards rushing and got beat by double digits. THATS CAUSE THEY TOOK THE DAY OFF !!!!! Had this game versus the Cardinals win a Super Bowl, Dallas would’ve won 70-10. So go ahead and throw out all the stats from the Arizona game because that does not describe the Dallas Cowboys real team. Again, use common sense. I was listening to all these sports commentators talk about how horrendous the Dallas Cowboys run defense was, when has 80 yards per game ever been horrendous. We’re talking 85 Chicago Bears tight defense was only 80 yards per game !!!! What happened this past Sunday when Dallas decided to play again, they blew out the patriots. When the Dallas Cowboys decide to play, you’re gonna get blown out !!!!

Fred Warner is a better linebacker than Bobby Wagner in my opinion in his prime and that’s tough because Bobby is an all time guy. Ward is a super underrated cornerback. Gipson is tearing it up in his 30’s. And that’s not even mentioning Bosa, Hargrave, and Armstead. All dogs. Yall defense is clearly better than Dallas.

Niners Defense Kryptonite is mobile quarterbacks who can extend plays, they are a bend but don’t break defense but if a qb can get out the pocket and scramble for first downs it wears down the defense.
Eagles owned that defense last year with the run game. Also Greg Ward is notorious for making terrible plays at the wrong time. I have two great friends that are 9ers fans and they’re always upset when Ward gets a penalty at inopportune times.

Niners secondary is 17th in yards allowed and Dallas is number 2. Their secondary is their weakness. They are also 15th in first downs allowed while Dallas in number 2 in first downs allowed.

I think we learned that Shannon was the star of the show. Undisputed is nowhere near as good now as it was when Shannon was on it.
Dallas' pash rush is good, and they have a good playmaking secondary, but their linebacker group is kind of lacking. I dont trust their front 7 in the run game later in the season.

The reason I would choose 49ers defense is because of the ability of 49ers offense to stay on the field and control the ball. Keeps the defense fresh. Also Cowboys are missing Diggs, lets not forget that.

Nobody’s mentioning the different caliber divisions they each play in. NFC West has always been a difficult division, at least for the last decade.
The beautiful thing is the teams are playing Sunday, so we're about to find out. Two things: Not having Diggs makes a difference to the Cowboys' defense in playing a more elite team than the Patriots. Second, for the Cowboys, you just can't minimize their blowout wins, even against inferior teams, because they completely destroyed the point spread, which is a statistical prediction of how much they are expected to win by. I have to say as a Cowboy's fan, I think the '9ers are stacked with talent from top to bottom, and don't think we will beat them in San Francisco. But anything is possible, that's why we play the games.

Skip is like Roddy Piper. He’s playing his part as a heel. He knows his role and he’s playing it well.
Probably one of the few times I would kinda agree with Skip. This is a 1 and 1A situation. Both these teams play a different brand of defense and they do it exceptionally well. Dallas may not have the name recognition but they are playing absolutely lights out this year. Every team is going to have a game where there's a stinker, the 49s havent yet, but a team is going to game plan them well and they are going to give up a lot of points.

Skip Ima a Cowboys fan and at this point of the year SF and Philly is looking like the better team than us. If we fix those RedZone issues we would definitely look like the better team but as of right now they got it.

Bro I am a Rams fan, the fact that you guys lose to the Cardinals was no exception. Then the 49ers proceeds to beat the Cardinals by a huge margin. We were neck and neck when we played against the 49ers a couple weeks ago and we still could not escape with a win. I hate them with a passion but if you look at facts, they are hard to deny. Last year SF had a better receiving corps, a better TE, a better RB, and a far better head coach and yes the Cowboys lost but at least we held that team to 19 points. Dallas has the better defense. Takes the ball away more and allows far less points. We still probably lose though sadly.
