Mehn! If you will do this type of work now it will cost more. The 4 bedroom duplex decken I did last month (July 2024) was approximately 7 million naira (materials and labour).

Actually this varies from place to place. The decking of my double 2-bed cost me nothing less than 5M at Lokoja. Bamboo was sold for 800; plank for 1,100. But rods up to 2.1M, but I didn't use 16mm rod.
@John Obe if you want to build a decking why not make reference to your structural design..... You can't avoid using 16mm rod and good texture as a matter of fact...

This could be misleading owing to the fact that emphasis omitted the size of the decking in question, and more so procedure's are comprised for instance in the case of the beams, both the "deep and in" beams have the rings spacing too wide apart...... the grade of the concrete wasn't mentioned which would determine the quantity of cement......apart from the labour cost, the reenforcement texture is another vital issue to consider, as there are various made iron rod.....

9 head pans of sand and 8 head pans of stone is good mixture.

Can concrete decking be done in three parts apart. I mean doing it small small because of lack of finance?
Do it at once if the boards up there get dry and weak you spend extra on iron bender and carpenter to fix it up
