I just recently finished that one after a little bit of looking around the internet for tips, I snuck up and he ran... u tracked him down nearly 500m and finally caught up to him and was snapping pictures like crazy eventually finished mission first try
I'm doing this one now and it's so annoying! Part of the issue is that Mr. Black is a level 9 animal and appears to spook very easily. When approaching him, you're really too far away still for a picture when he already bolts... I hope I'll get this mission completed and out of the way asap!
This is hilarious. I sort of left the map behind after the save file glitch back in ... whenever, a couple of years ago? I lost all my mission progress, and everything but need zones were wiped from my Layton map. Including all POIs and symbols! So today when I decided to get back into things, driving around the entire map finding my outposts again, I get this mission about harvesting a moose from a stand in Willipeg. But my map has no icons, so I figured I'd google it to find out where the stands actually are! Because surely there was one in Wilipeg at some point. I find your video and see you pick out this blind, and I'm like "sure thing!" and go find it and build it, I call in and kill a moose with a bow, but the mission won't finish! 😂 And THEN I continue to watch your video in its entirety to find my hunting tower location (I had of course already built it, having done the mission before). Guess who felt stupid. 🤣
In real life I bow hunt and whitetail deer at least will spook if I shoot my bow within 100 yards of them also any animal runs when shot with a bow unless you hit the spine double lung and heart they still run
Unfortunately it is, Big Country. I'm on PS4. Would also love to have that setting. It stands out much better from the environment. The cyan color on the PS4 is way too similar to the white damnit.

I have a main mission on hirchfelden that requires me to get a gold red deer with a .270 and a heart shot. Very difficult.

It's a rifle sight, so just use the rifles to get rifle score and then you unlock it.
You need to get pistol harvests to unlock it.

+Gary Pricklepair Johnson because it's a skin. We had the same with our 270 on pc. One was already available and the other has to be unlocked
I stopped playing this a lot because it restarted my stats and gave me 243 3rd and bow is all
