Microwaves work by moving water around so to keep it safe when microwaving anything dry put a mug of water in it and there will be no risk of a fire.

Best video so far joe.. I love it!! My Best friend caught a case and I pass of this info in every phone call and even send him letters explaining what you say and how to cook all the prison meals. You have been a big help for a couple guys who's never been in jail. Joe, do a video on how much it cost to actually live well in prison. Haven’t been to prison but I was locked up in county for 14 months. This video brings back memories. I remember my first night in jail, the homie gave me a bag of ramen. I went straight to the dry ramen method cause I didn’t want to ask anyone for a bowl or spork. When they saw that, they all offered to make some for me in “their way”. Turned into a competition among the whole pod over who could make the best ramen. I got lucky asf in the pod I was locked up in, hardly any violence, no extortion, no racism, everyone was always helping each other out when feeling down or low on commissary. The tattoo guy would give people free work on special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, etc). The Bible study group would help new comers shake their addictions. The fitness dude would lead workouts every morning and night. The old timers would play cards all day and teach the youngins. God damn I’m gettin sentimental thinking bout it , miss those mfs fr.

When I was in a juvenile detention center we dident have a microwave we used. The shower hot water and put it in a cup after we crushed it up and let it sit. Like a make shift cup and noodles.
I went to a county jail in FL for 86 days on public intoxication after being ignorant of the law and how it works and this is the only comment that I know for a fact is true. Warm water for me the water was never boiling hot and no microwave. Water was hottest first thing in the morning at 6 so I'd wait 2 hours when they woke us up at 4 for breakfast. Only time I've been locked up and I never want to go back after that he'll and felt sorry for a majority of people in there because being in the same room (it was a dayroom) with 10+ people you get to know folks and felt blessed by God it wasn't warrior school like I heard about other places from people. Learned a lot in there but #1 is stay the hell out

If you were locked up for seven years Joe & you ate Ramen 3 times every day at least, your lowest amount would be 7,665 times eating instant ramen. So you’re close to 10k but not really, if you ate it more like 5 times a day then yeah - that would come out to 12,777 times you had eaten instant ramen.
