Michael Shuman is an amusing bass player to watch. When I see him in pics or walking around between songs, he looks like he'd be a more relaxed player like Dean or maybe Troy, but then Lost Art comes on and his neck is broken from headbanging

This song just gave me chills. totally blasting this song live when I get home on my stereo.
Studio version is on 'B-Sides and Bonus'. You posted a year ago so you prolly know that by now.

@@janhundling4647 same notes really, although as the solo is over a G chord then probably it is more apt to say G dorian with the fourth omitted, the riff starts with a G as well. Also when I wrote C minor I was referring to the original Spiders and Vinegaroons, this is transposed two half-steps up from that so it would be D minor but dorian fits better indeed.

I have never heard of this and I got Era Vulgaris the day it came out here in the US
can wait to they come back to newzealand seeing this bought back awesome memories .the only bad thing was we only got a 40 minute show cause they opened for the smashing pumpkins should have been vise verse in my opinion hopfully they tour there new album

I was at this festival, but we could not get tickets, so we stood outside the gates while Arctic Monkeys played and then my friends drug me off kicking and screaming before Kings of Leon played. Had no idea QOTSA were also there!
