I love Brooklyn. 😊 if you make it to Boston or Rhode Island I could show you around (single mom with kids… I am totally safe). lol Fish’s Eddy is my favorite store! Every time I go there I buy one plate and one glass. ABC carpet around the corner is super fun too. Unique dishes etc.
I am from NYC. It takes a long time to adjust to, but once you do, you will love it. You will get used to the noise too (I promise, you will) Staten Island has great Italian food! Take the free ferry over and check it out. They have a great outlet mall right at the ferry station too (and it’s the best easy to see the Statue of Liberty up close!)

eyol, idk if you’ll read my comment but also to whoever comes across this comment, one thing i have realized this far thru many many interviews, jobs, experiences, is that whatever it is that you want to challenge, or you think is extremely challenging, or you think that your life depends on it, just break a leg and go for it. Because I have realized, i lose 100% chance of not doing it. Just doing the thing gives me a 50 50 chance. And even if i fail, the worst thing that could happen is “just now” as if nothing changes. and if im already handling the worst (meaning now), whatever happens next will be a piece of cake. so just keep hanging on, the better is yet to come.
