@@chiranjeevi1161 Trust me bro, dont buy IEMs at any cost , no one is so crazy about critical listening that they will become audio engineer. Buy a decent earphone, neckband or my pick Samsung AKG IC 100 if you still consider good sound quality in comparison to iems found in similar budget ,then you can go for it.
I have 3 IEMs Moondrop Chu 2, chu 2 dsp and tanchjim one dsp, neither of them are good in terms of build, the chu 2 shells chip paint, filters get moisture issue very easily, cable is so cheap it feels so bad even wearing them and last tanchjim one DSP, if you see cable looks good but usb c connector breaks in a month or 2 and cable also starts splitting the rubber covered over the wires.
If you are interested in buying a good sounding pair of headphones, just go blindly for samsung AKG and don't buy IEMs , it's just a hype created by money hungry influencers.
I has bought Simgot ew200 for 3 months. Now the right has lower volume than the left one. What should I do.
Try keeping it in a bit warm environment for few days... will probably work if it is due to moisture.
The moondrop lan is a better alternative to the chu 2
@@madarauchiha4298 I guess ya... but I really don't wanna buy IEMs anymore 😅.
Hey bro, i got the same problem with the filter
I've been using this iem for 3-4 months
yeah the filters kinda bad the more you use the iem, the moisture will eventually block the sound
I hope this will help to fix the imbalances
Bro you can use the fix... I am using these replaced filters from almost 4 months and there is no compromise with sound... also the moisture issue is fixed.
Help me
I just now bought typeC chu2 i have problem with the typeC usb its not detecting in my device after some tries now single side of my usb is detecting
Type C usb should detect on either sides right?
But why only for me if i invert my usb it not detecting
Is this normal or an issue??????
Please help me
@@NOONEOfficial I think it can be a driver issue but still ya it should detect on both sides, well the problem can be because of USB versions but my laptop have one type C port and chu 2 works flawlessly in it so I can't really say.
@@HydrousVerified i tired it on my lap also 1st time it got detected and on my second try it's not detecting and system troubleshooting got up & says something i didn't read it though
@@NOONEOfficial well you can try updating your drivers, maybe it helps. Also it will be better if you check drivers from manufacturer's website and then use them , these pretty much solve most problems.
this. this is very helpful. thank you
@@dancelhal2bin My pleasure 😁.
After getting burned by this issue on the original Aria, I'm just not gonna buy any new Moondrop IEM that uses the same stupid filters. None of the other IEMs I have had this problem. 7hz, Truthear, KZ, Samsung, all work fine. Moondrop's shit R&D isn't worth it. Just buy some other budget IEM, like 7hz zero 2 or Tangzu Wan'Er. They are all not so different. Chu 2 is not some godsent IEM.
@@grggrgrgg Lol so true.
saved my ass honestly, great video thank you man 👍

Bro , I recently ordered Fiio JD 1 ( confused with moondrop chu II or jd1) this is my first iem, is it worth bro
@@mrsuccess1959 Sorry to say bro, but you should never buy IEMs they are just gimmick and trust me the build quality is going to be trash. I was planning to make a video on this, you must be influenced by some youtuber saying IEMs are best for sound quality but will never tell you that the build quality is so bad that you will find in 100-200rs headphones.
tried with mask filter and left earbud still terrible
did you remove the previous filter?, the white part which was already inside?
Will it ruin sound quality? Also i accidently broke the iem mesh filter itself lol
@@aimlock2762 no, just use the filter directly it doesn't cause any problems after all... the metal mesh was just a plus but is not mandatory.
Can we eq moondrop chu ll dsp with my samsung phone's eqaliser?
I'm not sure but I used poweramp eq app to do so and it worked for me, so IMO it should work completely fine.

for some reason, crepe paper also works.

Can we use these without filters
@@Eswar. No it hurts listening without the filters... You need to remove that white part on metal mesh's back but will have to replace with other filter(Cutout part of sugical mask in my case).
I will not suggest using them without filters.
Really dont like this iem... Have problems with them 1 month in already (low volume on both sides, sissing sound after removing filter). Next time im just buying shitty earphones
@@Hassan-zw9tb Better buy that Samsung AKG IC 100... It is very good and sound quality is also very close to this.
@@HydrousVerified and they dont have a filter?
@@Hassan-zw9tbIDK if they do or not but doesn't have any problems that IEMs have.

Same problem 😢
I decided not to buy this.. I wish they didn't come with these issues.
@@harikrishnasi Ofc I hate IEMs now as well. You can buy Samsung AKG IC 100 earphones, these are type C and so similar to these.
Hey man! My earphones don't completely separate left and right stereo. Is that a faulty earpiece? Or is that how they are?
It is what called as channel imbalance, Try this filter swapping, it will be fine....
Edit- I misunderstood your comment, Still I think can be faulty because mine does seperate left and right properly... What you can try is to use it with different devices and also try some left and right test videos on TH-cam that may help you understand your issue better.
