The House and the art workshop is suitable for Sculptor and his family. It is two-story and has a basement. The project is planned to be implemented on plot 23 of the 2nd dead end of the 3rd street of the Ddmashen village of the Sevan community of the Gegharkunik region. The area has light slope to the river, The structure is located along the road, so as to effectively integrate into the environment. The Building is divided into two functional sections: one serves as a studio, the other as a residential house.
The mansion has an entrance hall for entering a dividing room connected to the corridor. The wet areas are located in the center: on one side - the living room and dining room, as well as the kitchen without dividing walls, and on the other side - the living room. The studio has two entrances, one from the outside and the other from the house. L-shaped stairs, located in a dividing room, provide a connection to the basement and the second floor.
The Ground floor is the active part of the house, and the First floor is for relaxation. The staircase is connected to the hallway, which leads to two bedrooms and one master bedroom, the latter with a separate bathroom and a corner study. One of the bedrooms and the master bedroom are interconnected by a common balcony.
The architecture of the house is in minimalism style. The exterior walls are built of basalt stone, large glass openings are used. The structure is in harmony with its natural environment. The basement floor area is 86.87 sqm by useful space of 70.62 sqm, the Ground floor is 162.69 sqm by useful space of 125.93 sqm, and the First floor is 151.21sqm by useful space of 128.34 sqm.
