Yes it is worth it.....everything is not for everyone (meaning the start and how you start) take your time .....work a regular job stack your money and go home based to up your clients......move when you are comfortable start when you are comfortable dont rush anything.....you got this
Everybody goes at their own pace. When I completed school it felt like everyone was jumping right into the field opening their suites or working at hand and stone or ewc. I'm getting started later but I'll be opening my spa here in Illinois by the summer. I hope to provide jobs for este's but there have been many horror stories about newbies from the well established. Thanks for sharing your experience and I hope it's gotten better for you.
This one of the first vids I stayed and watch thru and I appreciate your transparency and sharing your journey thus far and keep on going! I had to hustle for the license so you got a hustle even harder to get the career you see for yourself and that didn’t come easily but that’s what makes it more worthwhile when you end up getting to where you supposed to be! so keep going girl you got this 😊
I’m so glad to hear you enjoyed! And I really appreciate the motivation! It’s definitely needed at this time , and you’re so right all this hard work will definitely pay off and it’ll be worth it in the end! I’m hoping for the best and I also hope for the same for you ❤️❤️ thank you so much
My girl!!! ❤️ I’m not solo buttt from what I’ve seen- Waxing is super easy/cheap to get into! & waxing is 90% profit if you’re into that! Check the laws in IL for home based services. I know here in IN it’s not too strict! Miss seeing your face 😄
hey girl hey! 💗, you are so right! i remember my teacher mentioning that! so you know what i will definitely have to get into that, thank you so much and 🥰so happy to be back
im two weeks away from graduating esthetics school, there are NO jobs rn listed.. in my city there's an influx of estheticians and people coming to school and not enough jobs. I wanted to work for EWC or something similar to get my foot in the door too.. because im afraid to go solo. lol. I feel the struggles just the same. Im hoping the best for you. :)
i definitely agree! since i’ve thought about becoming an esthetician i’ve noticed how many people held the same interests! i’m glad but also hate you can relate! :( because it means we’re not alone but struggling also. but congrats to keeping it up! you’re almost there ❤️❤️
I’m half way through school so what I’m gonna do is to do externship with my school and I’m getting little by little stuff for my practice once I get out of school because I also live in ILLINOIS and it’s not easy. I’m just gonna trust God on this one
Yes ! It definitely is not easy sometimes I think about pursuing in a different state but I agree trusting god and the just trusting the process through it all! Congrats in advance love! And you got this ❤️❤️
Wow, I want to say first, you look beautiful. Second thank you for your honestly. This is my biggest fear. I am also in CHI. SMH I thought once you get licensed you can get a job. I am old lol I need a job after school lol asap.
Oh my! Thank you! ❤️ Warms my heart because I’m still getting use to my new look! But of course! I wish I had found honest information i definitely would of had a different idea. But yea I thought so too it’s ok! 😭 and you’re so right I need the job, I have bills and other things
