I spent 2k resin in that domain for my Tartaglia. Ended up walking out with god 2pc for Yelan and Nilou and not a single Hydro piece. The game knows what you want and denies you

pretty sure u don't need crit rate and crit dmg for nilou unless you're doing vaporize nilou, which you probably arent since u went for HP. u would need cr and cd for whichever character is going to be on field attacking, like kokomi or barbara. putting cr and cd on nilou is a waste of time and resin, all u need to put on her is hp
“Is 2000 resin enough?” Never. Because the RNG is against us. It’s the reason I’ve not artifact farmed in over a year, feels pointless. Now that I have all characters at 9/9/9 except C6-locked niche supports I don’t have 6’d, I’ve started farming again… with continued pointless disappointment.
Artifact grinding is definitely THE worst part of Genshin. The odds of getting a specific decent piece are abysmal. And that's just getting the piece. You still have to upgrade it.
Maybe the two pieces but I don't think farming the whole 4p set for Hu Tao is worth it. The shimenawa domain is much better because of Emblem being a very useful set, but that's if you want to be smart with your limited resin
I spent exactly zero resin to get her artifacts. I had spare TotM sets from when I grinded for Zhongli and I got a feather and an HP sands from Spiral Abyss. I lucked out big time.
My Nilou has nymph 4 set, it took forever to get good pieces istg lmaoo HP circlet HP off set cup, no on set cup EM sands because I had no on set HP sands Then feather + flower
