the sussybox has always been toying with everyone's feelings (unless you're blessed by hoyo then good for you bestie) regarding that attack timepiece you got tho-call me high on copium but it's honestly useable and really good, 19cd may be low especially for an account like yours mr xlice but with it being attack main stat and the majority of the rolls went into crit damage and elemental mastery, it's useable and in my eyes really good. this might sound kinda weird but i can see this being used on characters like yae miko, fischl or maybe a sub-dps kazuha...but then again, use it to your hearts content :)
12:38 TL;DR = I think that's a win. Here's why: Considering the fact that it ONLY rolled into EM and CritDmg, it's not so bad.. and none of the stats are wasted either. I look at that piece as better than a higher CV piece with def/hp sub stats. Even if you had a 10/20 piece but the other two sub stats were hp/def, I'd still take the 3.1/19.4 piece with Atk/EM subs overall. Ideally though, I would have preferred just one other Crit roll instead of an EM roll. Something like 6.6/19.4 (or 3.1/26.4) with 40 EM. What I've learned over time is that CV isn't the only thing that matters. Also, if you look on the Akasha leaderboards, a lot of the time the highest Damage or Highest Dps builds aren't the ones with the highest CV, but the ones where the least amount of sub stats are wasted. I've seen 250 CV builds perform much better than 275/280CV builds simply because the higher CV builds had more useless sub stats like hp and def compared to the lower CV builds.

I'm not Xlice but I can give an answer. If you're talking about artifacts only... Honestly it truly depends on your luck and what set you're farming. To be fair I wouldn't say anything below 400 resin. I've spent around 660 resin on my Itto alone and only got 1 passable flower out of it, meanwhile my Ayato took me about 400 and a week to build. It truly depends on luck. If you're including talent farming, then... the cost is much much higher.

@@neelesh4772 you can use 180 resin per day which its 4 condensed and 20 resin per day. If you want to spend 150 condensed you will need 6.000 total resin that you can aford in 33,33 days. When people talks about farming sets its not meant to get the proper set with the main stats only. Its farming for having a set with the main stats and 40+ crit value in each piece. Thats where my question comes from, maybe 150 condensed resin its not enough for having that 40+ CV. Maybe i need to spend 2+ months to achieve that.

For Thundering Fury, the atk% sands you got are not even 30cv which for me is a base line of a keepable sand piece. However elemental mastery makes it kinda worth it as 4pc Thundering set is used 99% in a Quicken team, so em is not a waste, and to quote twitch chat 'at least it didn't go atk'
