These are not false teachers as you see on the internet, please know what are false teachers.
False teachers are those who said believing in Jesus is not enough, you have to do something about your salvation just like some groups that say that there is a Mother of God and believing in Jesus is not enough, you need to do baptism or Passover to be saved, as well as those that doesn't even believe that Jesus died for everyone. Those people that said that the bible have mistakes and Jesus did not died for your sins are false teachers. You need to know the meaning of False Teachers, those who said Jesus did not come in the flesh is not of God. This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God. 1 John 4:2
Let me tell you this, I prayed to God for help and encouragement and He led me to Joel Osteen. He preached in ways that you will repent knowing that God is so good and you will turn away from your old ways. I even cried listening. There is a purpose why Joel preach this way, is a calling from God to preach to the people who are depress and have lost hope in life. Is not prosperity gospel, It is the Gospel, but in that Gospel will also produce abundance when you put God first in your life.
This is the true Gospel, as below.
"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.

No good works can bring you to heaven and neither anything you do can make you loose it after you are a believer. It is a gift of God. You have already become His children. You are a child of God, John 1:12-13. Which Father would want to loose his children? What more He is our perfect Father in Heaven.

Wow! Amen. Thank you for writing this. I agree. I am back from a horrible backslide and was sure there was no hope, mercy for me. I thought I had lost my salvation if I had ever had it. I tried to commit suicide and had given up on life. Then I gave Joel Osteen. The man allmost every Christian I know warns me about. Says he is not a real pastor, but a motivational speaker. But when I began to listen, My spirit is changing. Its true, I am learning the truth abot God my father for the first time. My mind is beginning to be renewed, and yes there is TRUE REPENTANCE happening in my heart and mind, a little bit at a time. So yes, I can say.... Joel is helping to save those that religion has no hope for. God bless him & his ministry & family. I'm glad.

In our local city with many church denominations, there is only one church that is full three days a week, minimum. On the back corner wall of the church are the words: "THE ATMOSPHERE OF EXPECTANCY IS THE BREEDING GROUND FOR MIRACLES.' Although a different teaching style than, Joel ... the same atmosphere of expectancy from our Living God, in my humble opinion, according to scripture, is the very atmosphere needed in a society that is beat up and beat down. The finished works of Christ (The Gospel of Grace) is the very Gospel that Christ came to share ... and that Paul explains very well as His Apostle. Countless blessings to all, thank you, Jesus :)

The one thing I am certain is Joel Osteen and Victoria are preaching a convaluted false message. He is conforming to a false new age message and that is what people want to hear, truth or not. He is nothing but a glorified facilitator. I am sad he has has strayed so far from the truth and has been doing it for years an people are just now aware of it. The winds of adversity and waves of doubts maybe surrounding you. But our God is faithful! He is with us through every storm. As He has promised: He will never leave us nor forsake us. The life’s storms are as a watch, it’s movements are in circular motions, sometimes is going up right, sometimes it’s going down left, If you place your self in the middle of it, you will be able to appreciate the movements of at least three needles; perhaps if you are not in the middle of the watch, you must answer yourself : where you are?
