- We all go through seasons of struggle and difficulty but that’s not your permanent home. Just like oil is used to make things flow easier, God uses His anointing in our lives to make things lighter and simpler.
Jesus said in Matthew 11:30, “My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

As far as my addiction goes, i got on my knees and prayed for god to take it and help me along the way with faith. Since then, i have stayed sober with a few relapes (which is perfectly nornal). Because i needed to figur out sone tools that got me through those uncomfortable feelings. But i got 5 solid years sober know! With god holding my hand the whole time!

Joel i used to watch your shows in TV many years ago. Have not seen / heard you in a long time. I'm pretty sure that i'm an atheist but my mom and family were catholic. I remember being somewhat amazed at hearing and watching you in the big church back over 20 years ago i think it's been , on tv. It always made me feel good.
I'm not much into sermons usually but i think if i were in the city in Texas where you are i'd likely go to one of your sermons because from what i've heard you always say an amazingly positive message

It was the same with me about passing the test. It was about 10 yrs ago when I had to have a neurophysiology exam. Now I am a neurologist in Jakarta, Indonesia. My lecturer tested us, the students , one by one everyday. It was my friend for the first day, and the next day was me. I wondered that time why I got the sama questions with my friend who tested yesterday. I just answered them so smoothly and I past the exam immediately. Thanks Lord Jesus.
