Do not use mono sodium gLutamate (MSG or VETSIN in tagaLog) in cooking. Try giving a dog or cat one heaping tabLespoon of MSG into a cup of rice, within minutes, they die. That is an effect inside our body, we often doesn't feeL. I Love eating its naturaL taste of fish, fruits, rice, bread, and other meat products. I requested food from the hospitaL or restaurants NO SALT, NO MSG, and NO SUGAR. That is why, in cooking, I onLy use rocksaLt and freshLy Grind peppercorns. By the way, the secret of cooking is aLways doing the mixing so ingredients are incorporated equaLLy and noisiLy done (pots and pans, LaddLes striking each other whiLe mixing ingredients) (Chinese experts does it, that is why their food is yummy). You'LL be diabetic eating too much sweets. Your kidney and Liver wiLL be affected can experience diaLysis. I am not scaring Buddymoon. You wiLL expire easiLy if you are fond of saLty and sweet foods. in the USA there is even an elite club of luwak coffee lovers. But Americans drink mostly Venezuelan coffee, which tastes little different from Venezuelan oil ... If you skillfully make luwak coffee, it will probably be much better, especially with sugar and cream. I haven’t tried luwak coffee, but Venezuelan yes, so I can’t see it, and I understand the love of some rich Americans for luwak coffee, ha ha ha ...

When I was a child I used to pluck coffee seeds from the coffee tree and giving to my grandma. She is grinding the coffee seeds, burning and making coffee powder
