Congrats for the 100k!! Your designs are very clever and you really know your wayaround cardboard!! I never thought of using the corrugations as a measuring unit to make the folds!! I feel so stupid, I've made a similar box as the one you show here, but instead of using the corrugations, I would just measure from one end and fold as needed. That meant that there were folds on top of the corrugation which made the whole thing more dificult than it needed to be. Thanks for sharing and take care!!

This is an awesome project as always but sadly where I live I can't keep anything that's cardboard in my house due to roaches. I live in middle ga and they are bad outside the house. I'm not taking any chance of them coming in and making a home inside the cardboard. I stick with plastic or concreted plaster board which is the exact same as cardboard but it's plastic. Cardboard attracts more bugs then plastic. As always though I do love your videos ^^
Yes, the size does not matter as long as you stay consistent with the rest of the design components. Like maintain the same thickness of cardboard in order to ensure a strong structural integrity throughout your drawer system. Obviously the larger You build the drawers the more structural security a person would need, but without knowing how much smaller you want to make the drawers it's best to stay with the same thickness of corrugated cardboard as is instructed in the video.
I don't understand this video. It's nice to know how to construct a custom box if you need a box with certain dimensions, so that is very useful information. but why put a paper drawer in a wooden cabinet? Why not make the drawer from wood? It's like ordering Beef Wellington at a high end restaurant and it's served to you on a paper plate.
I was missing a drawer in this cabinet. To make a wooden drawer yourself, you need the right tools. To make a cardboard drawer, all you need is a knife.
