@Wade Harrison well the paddler help but love seeing boats taken beyond what would normally be used for cuz ya never know give ya confidence in the boat

yeah, i loved this PSR show and this WW course to bad its not happing anymore...
Damn, the thing was full of water, beyond self bailing and it just kept going without sinking, also that recovery...really want a big boy sit on top now

I've only been into kayaking for a little more than a year and really want to get into WW, but I live in FW, TX. This place is where I plan to go this spring to take a WW lesson. I've kinda binged on youtube trying to learn as much as I can so that I use my time and money as efficiently as possible. I really appreciate guys like you that share knowledge and experience. This was cool because it was just fun.

Yeah that's not the easy to do is to launch from shore..
What class rapid would you say those were? Also, did you ever get to run a crescent through that course.... wondering what they can handle comparatively
These are on a scale of class 3 and no I have not ran the crescent down but I have have had it on other spots and the Crescent CK1 is one the best fishing type kayaks on whitewater ever with the Shoalie a close second

No I did not it was all on a dare that I would not make it and my coworker made it one rapid and he was done

Hopefully this will not encourage folks to run natural whitewater with fishing kayaks as they are ill-suited for this purpose.
