I'm part maori and i never got to have flounder or hunt or just get into the thick of it. When i watch things like this i always get jealous, i feel like it's my maori side wanting to get into it lol when i was young my old lady had to take me to the doctors because i was eeling at what used to be a sewage pond. I said all my maori friends don't get sick and he said it was because i didn't have enough maori in me lol. Good vid looks yum!

you just gut this fish, if you haven't had flounder everything tastes good. scales are tiny and fins are tasty, this is the only way to cook this fish, butter and flour
