I have had a set of these for the past few months. I got them for free too from Amazon Vine. I enjoyed them quite a bit until recently. I mean they sound great and used to put out a great volume level. But now they put out hardly any volume. Yeah, I did what the manual says. I made sure they are up to full on their own volume level (a series of 3 taps in a row). I've tried up pairing them and re-pairing them. I have them paired to two different DAPs. Still only a low volume level. I'm just glad they were free because I would really be pissed off!
I bought RZ-S300W which seem to be similar for 34$ and I'm pretty satisfied. They are a bit bulky but when you twist them in ear you can insert them much deeper. That also solves low volume some people are experiencing. and it doesn't look as ridiculous in my ears as yours do. So overall worth the buy if you can get them in some deal, but not worth for the full price as there are much better ones on the market.
I picked up a pair last week after watching some reviews, the anc and ambient modes are the best I've experienced. Better than the XM3s and even the 1MORE TWS ANC (I own both). They definitely aren't great lookers, but these Panasonic RZ-S500W earbuds are hands down my favorite right now.
They aint that good at all. There are much better out there for a loss less dollar. That's why you wont see these in reviews with multiple earpiece comparisons because they aint that good.

Do NOT buy these. They are the most garbage fitting earbuds I’ve ever tried.
