Thank you for your content! We are having a hard time right now even though we have many blessings. We are paycheck to paycheck with car repairs on the horizon. The food pantry is really helping us.
@@Melanierose.821 so sorry about your hard times. You’re not the only one. Hopefully you can find a few food pantries to help fill in the food gaps. Thank you so much for watching. ~Money Saving Mama
Wow awesome haul. I'm like you and love garlic. Have you ever taken a whole head of garlic, slice top off, drizzle w olive oil and bake till tender. Then you can take each clove and push out onto a cracker or toasted bread. Could use those hard rolls sliced thin and toasted and make like "chips". That would be good w either of your dips. Even w the tomato bisque. With that wonderful pork belly, try slicing in sections and making different things like bacon. That way you'd have more options on how to season, etc, than trying to decide how to use the entire pork belly at one time. Pinterest has lots of recipes and ideas that may inspire you. Thanks for sharing your wonderful haul and frugal tips. Wishing y'all a blessed Thanksgiving from Cheryl in MS - take care, stay safe, love to all, God bless.
Hello, when you mentioned Hills and Ames, that brought back so many happy memories. I can’t believe food prices. Eggs are almost $5 a dozen. I have two degrees in psychology and can’t get a job. My husband and I barely make enough to get by. I lost my job in November of 2023. Been struggling since.
Amazing haul yet again ❤ the pork you can freeze and it will be a fast meal once you cook it to just pull it out and warm it up, but I was thinking pork tacos, egg rolls with Cole slaw mix without the mayo wrapped up and fried so good! Pitas, bbq sandwiches of course there is so much you can do with it! ❤🎉
Our food banks goes according to income. You have to be within the pocerty level to go there. They don't ask what bills you have. They just go by income only.
Good morning msm! Use the rolls for some sandwiches with that pork. Use the Pumpkin for some muffins or other easy baked goods. If you're not a baker, put a big scoop on the dog or cats food, it's good for their digestive system.

Great food 🥑🥝 Haul
Thank you 😋
Happy Thanksgiving !
Put the strawberry goat cheese on a bagel.
Great idea❤
Sweet potatoes are healthier and taste better than regular potatoes.
Bake them and put butter and brown sugar on them and they are yummy

Seems like every food bank is different. Thanks for sharing.❤
You could put the onion, bell pepper, and potatoes if you have them and put them in the roaster with the pork. Make a gravy out of the drippings.
You can also make French toast out of that loaf of bread. You can freeze The leftovers as well and pop them in the microwave or toaster.
Everything is better with onions. 😂
I totally agree❤

Slice the bread and make sandwiches.
You can cut it and put it in the toaster for breakfast.
You could partially thaw out the pork belly and cut it in half and wrap half of it in aluminum foil real tight and refreeze it.
