To answer your question in the video, yes 'strawberry moon' is a thing, once a year when the moon orbits closest to the earth, in clear skies the sun reflects on it creating a pink glow. It's subtle.
IU said the song was supposed to be happy. It's her dreams of love, she wrote it whilst lonely in her hotel room in Busan when filming the Broker.
