How Cycling Helped Me Overcome Depression

  • As with a lot of us at one time or another, mental health is something I've struggled with in the past, mainly anxiety and depression. Cycling has kept me grounded throughout recent bouts and I owe a lot to getting out on the road and getting some fresh air in the lungs! No matter what's going on in your life, getting on the bike brings an element of calm and success to each day. Today I go through how cycling helped me pull through bouts of depression and then my goals for 2022!
