Worlds Cheapest DDR Machine?! Restoration PT1 Putting it Back Together

I bought this DDR machine for $50, unfortunately, it is missing all of the computer boards and dance pads and it is in really poor condition. I plan on making this into a StepMania cabinet but first, we need to make it not be falling apart.
