Great Places - Olde Town Arvada, CO: Olde Town Arvada is a model for historic preservation, adaptive reuse, mixed-use redevelopment, transit oriented development, and creative placemaking. Olde Town is comprised of numerous historic buildings and maintains the original layout of Arvada in the late 19th century, now serving as the City’s downtown and central transit hub. It is a center of cultural and commercial activity, and has become Arvada’s premiere transit oriented development neighborhood with the arrival of the Gold Line commuter rail in 2019.
