Total solution = Collapsed Oil Filter {more than likely a Baldwin Oil Filter} just change oil filters. Other possibilities, oil pressure sensor or oil pump... which is basically 2 metal gears that rarely fail.
@toddhefer-en3kh Carbon Pack could also be an issue with undelete engines. The dealer usually blows the carbon out of the engine and changes a few lines in the system.
My DD15 low oil thing happen to me all my engine lights came on and oil light came on truck cut off I tried to crank it back up and it wouldn’t start so I had it tow to a shop they put it on the computer and said oil pressure was low then they check the oil and the truck was full of oil but oil gage didn’t drop to 0 so they tried to start it back up wouldn’t start come to find out they saying my engine lock up what’s really going on I don’t believe that
They didn’t go that far once they realize it was lock not spinning and that I need to replace motor I ask can I rebuild the motor he was like it’s best to replace motor
@@antoniodavis6051 Basically if your engine lock your need to open it and see why, it can be burn piston or damaged crankshaft - you can change crankshaft and bearings or you can change any piston with new sleeve. to replace DD-15 it will cost a lot - used engine is around 15K, plus the labor. If you take to Dealer to fixit it can cost you even more around 25k, but dealer will give you warranty

Is 25psi normal at idle?

If it locked - it will not spin at all, if it locks oil must be full of metal shavings, if it locked - you drop oil pan and inspect rod bearings

So if it’s lock and the Bearings no good I will have to replace the motor are an I replace the bearings
I forgot when I got the oil change 3 weeks before that happen the guy did say It was a lil of meter shade in my oil
