this is so real. so many things demanding our attention. Im choosing to tune into whats more important. i know that's hard when a clean house helps our sanity, but sometimes its just gotta wait lol its gunna be messy anyway in the next hour lol you know
I really needed this though. I constantly need to remind myself to slow down. I feel the need to always be busy just to feel like I am contributing into something. Thank you for this 🫶🏼
