Awesome! That was a very straight forward and simple tutorial that explains everything simply. Inverse kinematics is where you can grab the hand and pull it around and the forearm and upper arm will rotate and follow the hand. Forward kinematics is where you have to rotate each joint individually.

I could kind of show how the hook tool works but Im still not 100% sure what it does. and the tracker tool, I have no idea what is at all. Will this work for animating grass as well? If not, then any idea where I can find a tutorial for that?
This definetly could be used to animate grass, it may be very cpu intensive to do it on each blade I would recommend the plastic tool instead
